Primary text

If the work was partially done and the lessor prevents further use, the worker receives no wage for that period, based on previous rulings, unless the item is returned before the term ends, or the work is completed if the contract was not for a fixed period and the lessee has not dissolved it. In such cases, the worker is due the wage for the work completed.

If the animal runs away or the utilization of the benefit becomes impossible due to reasons other than the lessor's actions, the lessor is entitled to wages commensurate with the benefit actually derived in all circumstances.
