Primary text
If the lease is for a term that immediately follows the contract, mentioning the starting date from the time of the contract is not necessary. However, if the term does not follow the contract, specifying its commencement is obligatory because it is one of the two endpoints of the contract, necessitating knowledge, just like the end date.
