If the fear is particular to the lessee, such as being afraid due to the proximity of enemies to the leased location or their enemies being on the lessee's route, the lessee does not possess the option to terminate the lease. This is because it is a personal excuse that does not completely prevent the utilization of the benefit, thus resembling illness.
