Is it permissible to agree upon leaving the planting after the term expires in exchange for rent or otherwise?

If they agree to leave the planting for a specified known duration, either for rent or without, it is permissible. Similarly, if the lessee rents the land year after year, renewing the contract upon expiry, it is permissible.
