Is it permissible to hire someone for the act of circumcision (Khitān)?

Hiring a person for circumcision is permissible. There is no known disagreement regarding this matter. This ruling is established because circumcision is an act necessary for the person, sanctioned by Sharia, thus rendering hiring for it permissible, similar to other permissible acts.
