Primary text
Renting is impermissible for property whose possession cannot be delivered to the renter. This includes a runaway slave (Abiq), a stray camel, a wild animal, or property wrongfully seized (Maghsoob) from which the renter cannot take possession from the usurper, because the object of the contract cannot be delivered.
