Is it valid to rent a riding animal with its fodder or with a specified wage plus its fodder?

This is not valid because it is unknown, and there is no custom to refer back to. No scholar is known to permit this unless the fodder is stipulated with a clear description (as in a Salam contract), in which case it becomes permissible.
