Is a lease agreement valid if the duration is stated as a fixed number of months with a total fixed rent?

A lease agreement stating 'I leased my house to you for twenty months, one dirham per month' is valid without disagreement. This is because both the duration (twenty months) and the total rent (twenty dirhams implied by the structure) are known. Neither party has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract because it constitutes a single, defined period, similar to saying 'I leased it to you for twenty months for twenty dirhams.'
