How is a lease term defined when tied to a specific religious festival ('Eid')?

Primary text
If one leases property until the 'Eid', it refers to the immediately subsequent 'Eid', and the lease attaches to its very first moment, as that moment marks the end point specified for the lease duration. Similarly, if the term is tied to a month whose name is shared by two months (like Jumada or Rabi'), the stipulator must specify the first or second one, and the year. If tied to a singular month (like Rajab or Sha'ban), the year must be specified. If tied to a specific day, the week must be specified according to one opinion.

The view of Al-Qadi states that the specific 'Eid' must be designated, whether it is Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha, and whether it belongs to the current year or a specified future year.
