Primary text
The lessee does not have the right to void the lease if the occurrence is not harmful, such as temporary flooding that does not impede cultivation, or if the water supply interruption is compensated by the lessor bringing water from elsewhere, or if the interruption occurs during a time when water is not needed. Such circumstances do not constitute a defect justifying voidance.
