Can the lessee plant before the term expires and remove the planting afterwards?

The lessee has the right to plant before the term ends. Once the term expires, the lessee may not plant because the contract has ceased. If the year ends and a condition to remove the planting was stipulated, removal is obligatory to fulfill the condition.
