Is the lessor (Musta'jir) obligated to provide medicine for a hired worker who falls ill?

Primary text
The lessor is not obligated to provide medicine for the hired worker. This is because the contract stipulated food only for a healthy state. However, the lessor is obligated to provide the equivalent amount of food suitable for a healthy person, which the worker may use to purchase what is suitable for him during his illness. That which exceeds the provision for a healthy person is not covered by the contract and therefore does not constitute an obligation upon the lessor, similar to an excess in quantity.
