Primary text
Liability is incurred if one cuts off a part of a minor's body without the permission of the minor's guardian because this act constitutes an unauthorized incision. If the action is performed by the ruler, a lawful guardian, or an authorized person, no liability is incurred because the act is deemed permissible under the religious law.
