What is the liability of the person who received the garment if they wore it after cutting it before realizing it was not theirs?

If the recipient wore the garment after cutting it without knowledge that it belonged to another, and then discovered the truth, they must return it in its cut condition and are liable for the compensation (arsh) for the cutting. They retain the right to demand their own garment from the fuller, provided it still exists.
