What is the liability of a specialized employee (Ajir Khass) for damage caused by transgression?
General Chapter

Book of Leasing
Primary text
If damage to property occurs due to the transgression (ta'addi) of the specialized employee, liability is obligatory upon him. This applies when the damage results directly from his misconduct, such as a baker who wastes fuel, applies dough before the prescribed time, or leaves the dough after the prescribed time causing it to burn. In such cases, he is liable because the damage resulted from his transgression, making him liable like any non-employee.
