If the rental period is set until Al-Nahār, it extends to the beginning of the day.
Supporting text
It is possible to argue that the night should be included in the first duration (until Al-Layl) and the day in the second (until Al-Nahār), similar to the ruling on the option period (Khiyār), but the former ruling (extending to the beginning of the period) is sounder.
