What are the options for the owner if the dimensions of the woven cloth are non-conforming (excessive or deficient)?

Primary text
Muhammad ibn al-Hasan states that the cloth owner has the choice either to return the cloth to the weaver and demand the value of the yarn, or to accept the cloth and pay the weaver the agreed sum for the excess portion, or the proportion owed for the deficient portion. This is because the owner's objective was not met, as one cannot benefit from long cloth as one benefits from short cloth, and vice versa, making it as if the weaver destroyed the yarn.

The prevailing argument is that since the owner found the actual asset (the fabric), they cannot demand compensation for the yarn itself, similar to the case where the fabric was only longer than specified.
