How are other issues concerning transgression (udwan) in rental contracts (Ijarah) treated?

All other issues involving transgression in rental contracts are to be analogized (yugas) to the aforementioned cases. If the transgression is distinguishable, it is treated accordingly; if it is indistinguishable, it is linked to its parallel case.
