What are the permissible arrangements for renting oxen for plowing?

It is permissible to rent the oxen alone for the landowner to manage the plowing. It is also permissible to rent the oxen along with their owner to perform the plowing. Furthermore, it is permissible to rent the oxen along with their implements (like the plow and yoke) or without them, in which case the implements must be provided by the landowner.
