What are the required conditions for a contract hiring a wet nurse?

Primary text
Four conditions must be stipulated for this contract. First, the duration of nursing must be specified, as it cannot be otherwise estimated due to variations in suckling and labor. Second, the child must be known through visual inspection, because nursing varies based on the child's age, size, appetite, and satiation. However, Al-Qadi permits specification by description, similar to describing a rider. Third, the location of nursing must be known, as it differs in difficulty whether it is at the nurse's house or the employer's house. Fourth, the compensation must be known, as previously mentioned.
