What is the ruling on compensation for services rendered by a mosque caretaker or an agent performing Hajj on behalf of another?

If the Imam of a mosque takes wages for managing its affairs, such as lighting lamps, sweeping, and opening/closing the doors, this is not precluded. Similarly, if a deputy performing Hajj on behalf of someone else takes wages for serving the principal during the journey, securing his belongings, and carrying his load, this is not objectionable, God willing.
