Primary text
If the patient's eye ailment is cured during the contracted period, the lease (contract) is terminated for the remainder of that period. This is because the work has become impossible or unnecessary, resembling a situation where an overriding impediment prevents the completion of the service. The same ruling applies if the patient dies during the period.
