If the excess or deficiency significantly impacts the original purpose—such as ordering a light fabric (ten cubits) but receiving a heavy one (fifteen cubits), or ordering a heavy fabric (fifteen cubits) but receiving a light one (ten cubits)—no wages are due under any circumstance. Furthermore, the weaver is liable for the loss of the yarn because they did not deliver what was commissioned in any form.
