What is the ruling when a landlord and a tenant disagree on both the rent amount and the duration of the lease?

Primary text
If the landlord asserts, 'I rented it to you for one dinar for one year,' and the tenant claims, 'Rather, it was for two years for one dinar,' where both the consideration (rent) and the term differ, both parties must take an oath (mutual imprecation or *tahaluf*). This is because there is no initial agreement between them established on a term with a specific consideration, making it equivalent to a disagreement solely over the consideration while the term is agreed upon.
