What is the ruling on renting property whose sale is forbidden?

Renting is permissible for a free person, an endowed property (Waqf), the mother of a contract slave (Umm Walad), and a pre-arranged manumitted slave (Mudabbir), even though selling them is forbidden. Renting anything else for which sale is forbidden is impermissible.
