Primary text
If the property is returned during the term, and the contract was not previously terminated, the lessee is entitled to utilize the remainder of the lease period. Regarding the time that has already passed, the lessee retains the choice between termination and restitution of rent or remaining in the contract and claiming the usufruct value from the usurper, as previously detailed.
