A very old man whose intellect has deteriorated is subject to restriction. This applies when he has aged and his mind has become impaired, placing him in the position of an insane person. This is because he is rendered incapable of managing his wealth in a manner that serves his interest and preservation, thus resembling a minor or an improvident person.
