What is the expiation required if the financially incompetent person breaks an oath (Yamin), retracts a Zihar vow, or incurs expiation for accidental killing or sexual intercourse during Ramadan?

If the incompetent person commits a violation requiring expiation such as breaking an oath, retracting a Zihar vow, or incurring expiation for accidental killing or sexual intercourse during Ramadan, he must atone through fasting (Siyam).
Supporting text
If he attempts to free a slave (Itaaq) or feed the poor for expiation, it is not accepted. This aligns with the opinion of Al-Shafi'i because he is restricted from disposing of his property, resembling a bankrupt person. However, it can be derived that freeing a slave would be valid based on our school's view that such a transaction is valid for him.
