Primary text
If the improvident person sells or buys after the restriction has been imposed, the transaction is invalid (Fāsid). The ruler must reclaim any sold property and return the purchase price if it remains. If the improvident person destroys the property or it perishes while in his possession, the loss falls upon the buyer, and the improvident person bears no liability.
