Primary text
Loaning an object for a forbidden benefit is not permissible. This includes loaning a house to someone who will drink wine in it, sell it there, or commit any act of disobedience to Allah the Almighty therein. Similarly, loaning one's slave to play musical instruments (zumur), to serve him wine, to carry wine for him, or to press grapes for wine production is prohibited.
