Primary text
Revocation is permitted as long as the beams have not been placed upon the wall, and similarly after placement if no building has been erected upon them, because no harm results. If construction has occurred upon the beams, revocation is impermissible due to the demolition of the structure that would ensue.

The lender is not obliged to accept payment representing the compensation for damage caused by removal (arsh ma nanaqas bil-qal'i) when the borrower removes the property, because removal impacts the borrower's property. Furthermore, the borrower is not obligated to dismantle anything from their property with a guarantee of its value.
