Is the lending (I'arah) transaction permissible to be absolute or restricted?

Primary text
Lending is permissible absolutely and restrictedly because it constitutes permission (*ibahah*), and permission allows for both conditions, similar to the permissibility of food. Ignorance (*jahaalah*) only affects necessary contracts. If something is lent absolutely, the borrower is permitted to benefit from it in everything it is prepared for. If land is lent absolutely, the borrower may plant crops, establish plantings, build structures, and do everything the land is designated for, because the authorization is unrestricted.
