What is the obligation of the seed owner if they choose to uproot the established growth (crops) themselves?

Primary text
If the owner of the seeds desires to uproot the crop, they have that right, but they must level the resulting holes and compensate for any diminution in the value of the land. This is because the owner caused the depletion of another's property while attempting to salvage their own property, thus resembling a borrower (must return property in like condition).
