Primary text

If the owner of the transported seeds, trees, or crops abandons them to the owner of the land they settled upon, the latter is not obliged to move them, nor are they owed any rent or other charges, because the presence of the items resulted from circumstances outside the owner's fault or aggression. The choice rests with the owner of the occupied land: they may take the items for themselves or choose to uproot them.
