Primary text
If the flood carries pits that sprout into trees on another's land, the trees belong to the owner of the pits as they are a natural increase of their property, similar to cultivated crops. However, the owner of the pits is obligated to uproot these trees because their harm is perpetual, necessitating removal, just like tree branches extending over a neighbor's property.
