Is it permissible to designate the compensation in a Ja'alah contract to an unspecified person?

It is permissible to designate the compensation to a non-specific person, such as stating, 'Whoever returns my slave shall receive one Dinar.' Whoever performs the specified act then earns the compensation. This is permissible as the promise applies generally to whoever fulfills the condition.
