If an individual who is half-slave and half-free acquires found property without a prior earnings agreement (*Muhaya'ah*) with his master, the property is divided equally between them after the required period of announcement, similar to how the rest of his earnings are treated. This division is identical to the ruling for two free individuals acquiring found property.
