What is the ruling if one person describes the property, takes possession, and then another person comes with clear evidence claiming it?
General Chapter

Book of Lost-and-Found Property
Primary text
If one person describes the property, takes possession of it, and then another comes describing it and claiming it, the second claimant receives nothing. The first person established their right through their description and the lack of an immediate challenger, solidifying their possession. Since no established reason exists to remove it from them, it must remain with them, as with the rest of their possessions.
