Primary text
The husband must provide what she needs for sleeping, including bedding, a quilt, and a pillow, all according to her custom. If her custom involves sleeping on layered garments and a mat, he must provide what aligns with that custom. For her daytime sitting, he must provide a mat, rug, or a fine or coarse floor covering, determined by his wealth or poverty, strictly according to established customs.
