The husband is not obligated to purchase medicines, pay the physician's fees, or the fees for a cupper or phlebotomist. This is because these items are intended for repairing the physical body, and thus the obligation does not fall upon him, analogous to how a tenant is not responsible for repairing structural damages or preserving the original state of the rented property.
