Primary text
In cases involving combinations such as a daughter and a sister, a daughter and a brother, a daughter and residuary heirs, a sister and residuary heirs, a sister and a mother, a daughter and the son of a daughter, a full sister and a paternal sister, or three separate sisters, the maintenance division follows the exact proportion of their inheritance shares, regardless of whether the case involves 'Radd' (return of surplus) or 'Aul' (oversubscription).
