How is maintenance managed when some financially responsible parties are absent but have available assets, or lack immediate assets?

If some of those obligated to pay maintenance are absent but possess available assets, the judge must spend from those assets corresponding to their share of the obligation. If the absent person has no immediately available assets, the judge may take a loan on their behalf, which the absent person must repay upon their return.
