If the maintenance is ruled to be for the fetus, the wife's maintenance obligation does not lapse because the maintenance of his offspring is not suspended due to the mother's disobedience.
Supporting text
If the maintenance is ruled to be for the mother, her maintenance ceases because she is disobedient (Nashiz).
