What is the order of priority among the sisters themselves for custody?

When the ascendants are extinct, custody transfers to the sisters. The full sister is preferred first, followed by the paternal sister, and then the uterine sister. The sister is preferred over the brother in the same degree because she is a female eligible for custody.
