Upon receiving her maintenance, the wife has the full right to dispose of it as she wishes, including giving it in charity, gifting it, or engaging in transactions, as it is her right, similar to the dowry (*mahr*).

She is not permitted to manage the funds in a way that causes harm to her person or weakens her body, because such action results in the forfeiture of the husband's right concerning her enjoyment and potential detriment to her well-being.
