If the husband denies the wife's pregnancy, trustworthy female specialists must examine her, and their collective finding is accepted. The testimony of a single, just, and expert woman is acceptable in this matter because it concerns a private condition unfamiliar to men, resembling the ruling on fosterage, and the primary legal premise (pregnancy) is established through this form of report.
