If the time for making up the missed Ramadan fasts is not yet constrained (i.e., close to the next Ramadan), the ruling is the same as the unrestricted vow. If the time is constrained, such as nearing the next Ramadan, she is entitled to maintenance because it is an obligation constrained by divine law, similar to the performance of the original Ramadan fast.
