What is the ruling if a Mukatab has intercourse with a female slave belonging to his master without permission?

If the Mukatab has sexual intercourse with his master's female slave without permission, he incurs no legal penalty (*hadd*). This is because he engaged in intercourse with property he effectively held possession over, even if his overall status was incomplete.
