What is the ruling if a wife knowingly accepts a marriage contract with an insolvent husband concerning the dowry?

Primary text
If the wife marries the husband while being aware of his insolvency regarding the dowry, she has no option for dissolution under any circumstance, because she consented to the situation as it was. Similarly, if she becomes aware of his insolvency after the contract is concluded but consents to remaining married, her right to seek dissolution is waived. This is because her acceptance constitutes consent to forgo her right after it has already become established, causing the right to lapse, analogous to her consenting to his impotence (Unnah).
