If a wife's maintenance obligation ceases due to her disobedience (Nushuz), her maintenance returns immediately upon her cessation of disobedience, provided the husband is present. This is because the cause that suspended the obligation has been removed, and the condition necessitating maintenance (the ability to be received by the husband) is re-established.
